The “Box Wypas” is a solid set for people who want more. Different types of sausages, bacon, hams, and extras give you a full range of flavours in one place. It works great for larger gatherings or when you simply don’t want to worry about what to eat for the next few days.

We ship twice a week – to ensure the highest freshness and quality of our products:

  • Orders paid from Monday to Thursday are shipped the following Monday.
  • Orders paid from Thursday to Sunday are shipped on Wednesday.

 

  • Within Poland, deliveries are handled by InPost — parcels usually arrive within 1 working day, and no later than 2 working days from dispatch.
  • Internationally, we ship our boxes via UPS. Delivery is exceptionally fast — from 24 hours up to 4–5 days (depending on the destination country) from dispatch.

 

The dates given are maximum lead times. We often ship earlier. If a holiday or day off falls during the week, shipping may be delayed a bit.

We place the cold cuts in a styrofoam box with cooling packs that work like a portable fridge. This way, the products reach you fresh and in perfect condition – even abroad.

1. Premium Silesian Sausage 700 g

Pork sausage, medium-coarse ground, smoked and scalded, in a natural casing.
Ingredients: pork meat 95%, natural aroma, aromas, glucose, spices, spice extracts, fiber (citrus, pea), curing salt (salt, preservative: sodium nitrite).
Nutritional value per 100 g of product: Energy value – 1251 kJ / 302 kcal; Fat – 27 g, including saturated fatty acids – 11 g.
Carbohydrates – 1.2 g, including sugars < 0.5 g, protein – 14 g, salt – 1.9 g.

2. Roasted Sausage with Beef 700 g
Pork and beef sausage, medium minced, smoked, baked in pork intestine.
To produce 100 grams of finished product, 110 grams of meat were used, including (88 grams of pork and 22 grams of beef).
Ingredients: pork, beef, salt, garlic, spirit vinegar, flavors, sugar, spices, glucose, spice extracts.

3. Kabanos Sausage 500 g
Pork sausage, medium-coarse ground, smoked and roasted, in a sheep casing.
126 g of pork meat were used to produce 100 g of the finished product.
Ingredients: pork meat, curing salt (salt, preservative: sodium nitrite), spices, spice extracts, sugar, flavourings, glucose.

4. Cooked Frankfurters 500 g
Pork sausage, medium ground, smoked and cooked, stuffed in natural sheep casing.
Ingredients: pork meat 95%, curing salt (salt, preservative: sodium nitrite), spices, spice extracts, flavourings, glucose, fibre (citrus, pea).

5. Head cheese in foil 700 g
Pork meat product, steamed in a non-edible casing.
Ingredients: pork 66%, water, pork rinds, salt, garlic, spices, flavors, sugar, spice extracts.

120 g of pork belly were used to produce 100 g of the finished product.

7. Smoked ham 800 g
Pork meat product, cooked, smoked and roasted.
To produce 100 grams of finished product, 110 grams of pork ham were used.

9. Old Town Ham 800 g
To produce 100 g of the finished product, 131 g of pork ham was used.
Pork product, smoked and scalded.
Ingredients: pork ham, curing salt (salt, preservative: sodium nitrite), sugar, spice and herb extracts, flavouring.

10. Grilled pork loin 900 g
To produce 100 g of the finished product, 119 g of pork loin was used.
Baked pork product.
Ingredients: pork, curing salt (salt, preservative: sodium nitrite), sugar, spices including mustard, flavouring.

11. Raw smoked ham 1400 g 
Pork product, smoked.
Ingredients: pork ham 90%, water, spice extracts, sugar, flavouring, spices including bay leaf 0.1%, curing salt (salt, preservative: sodium nitrite).

During transport in styrofoam boxes with cooling inserts, the producer allows for a slight increase in temperature. This does not affect the quality of the cured meats.
After opening the styrofoam box, store the products at a temperature of 2°C to 8°C.

Instructions for preparing raw smoked ham:

Traditional cooked ham according to Silesian tradition.

Below we present our preparation method, which helps preserve its juiciness, tenderness, and unique aroma.

 

1. Preparation of water and spices

Slow cooking brings out the natural aroma of the meat, making it juicy, tender, and exceptionally delicate. In many Silesian homes, ham prepared this way is served both warm and after cooling – on sandwiches or as an addition to dishes.

Spices can be added to the water to enhance the flavor of the meat, for example:

  • Bay leaf
  • English herbs
  • Kminek
  • Czosnek
  • Majeranek

Do not add salt – the ham is already properly cured.

 

2. Krótkie gotowanie na początku:

Włóż szynkę do wrzącej wody na około 5minut. Ten krótki etap pozwala „zamknąć soki” wewnątrz mięsa, dzięki czemu pozostaje ono bardziej soczyste.

 

3. Powolne Gotowanie:

After 5 minutes, reduce the heat. The water should simmer gently, without vigorous boiling.

Ham cooking time:

  • About 1 hour per kilogram of meat; for example, a ham weighing 1.40 kg should be cooked for about 1 hour and 25 minutes.

Optimal water temperature:

  • Approximately 80–85 °C

 

4. Rest:

After finishing cooking, leave the ham in the broth for another 10–15 minutes. This allows the meat fibers to relax, making the ham more tender and juicy.

The aromatic broth can be used as a base for soups or sauces.

 

Store in the refrigerator.
