To produce 100 g of the finished product, 131 g of meat was used.

Pork sausage, medium ground, baked, dried in pork casing.

Ingredients: pork, curing salt (salt, preservative: sodium nitrite), spices, sugar.

Nutritional value per 100 g of product: Energy value – 1779 kJ / 430 kcal; Fat – 38 g, including saturated fatty acids – 16 g; Carbohydrates – 0.9 g, including sugars < 0.5 g; Protein – 20 g; Salt – 2.5 g.
