Pork and beef sausage, medium minced, smoked, baked in pork intestine.

To produce 100 grams of finished product, 110 grams of meat were used, including (88 grams of pork and 22 grams of beef).

Ingredients: pork, beef, salt, garlic, spirit vinegar, flavors, sugar, spices, glucose, spice extracts.

Nutritional value in 100 g of product: Energy value - 1398 kJ/ 338 kcal; Fat - 29 g, including saturated fatty acids - 12 g; Carbohydrates - 0.9 g, including sugars <0.5 g; Protein - 18 g, Salt - 1.7 g.
