Deliveries within Poland:
Domestic shipments usually arrive within 1 business day, and no later than 2 business days from the date of dispatch.
International deliveries:
We ship international orders twice a week – on Mondays and Wednesdays. Delivery time ranges from 24 hours to 2–3 business days, depending on the destination country.
The stated timeframes represent the maximum order processing times. We often dispatch shipments earlier. During public holidays or other non-working days, shipping times may be extended.
We place the cold cuts in a styrofoam box with cooling packs that work like a portable fridge. This way, the products reach you fresh and in perfect condition – even abroad.
The weight of individual products may vary slightly. However, we guarantee that the total weight of the box is 4.30 kg.
We cut fresh portions for you! Since we do it by hand, the weight of the delivered product may vary by +/- 5% from the ordered amount.
In the event that any of the products is unavailable, we will replace it with another similar product at the same or higher price.
