A rich set that is perfect for home and any gathering. A variety of cured meats provide full flavors and aromas, creating a box that will delight any guest at the table.

We ship twice a week – to ensure the highest freshness and quality of our products:

  • Orders paid from Monday to Thursday are shipped the following Monday.
  • Orders paid from Thursday to Sunday are shipped on Wednesday.

 

  • Within Poland, deliveries are handled by InPost — parcels usually arrive within 1 working day, and no later than 2 working days from dispatch.
  • Internationally, we ship our boxes via UPS. Delivery is exceptionally fast — from 24 hours up to 4–5 days (depending on the destination country) from dispatch.

 

The dates given are maximum lead times. We often ship earlier. If a holiday or day off falls during the week, shipping may be delayed a bit.

We place the cold cuts in a styrofoam box with cooling packs that work like a portable fridge. This way, the products reach you fresh and in perfect condition – even abroad.

1. Premium Silesian Sausage 700 g

Pork sausage, medium minced, smoked, steamed.

Ingredients: pork meat 95%, natural flavouring, flavourings, glucose, spices, spice extracts, fibre (citrus, pea), curing salt (salt, preservative: sodium nitrite).  

Product in the natural gut.

Nutritional values per 100 g of product: Energy value: 1251 kJ / 302 kcal; Fat: 27 g, of which saturated fatty acids: 11 g; Carbohydrates: 1.2 g, of which sugars: <0.5 g; Protein: 14 g; Salt: 1.9 g.

2. Pork Loin Sausage 700 g

Pork sausage, medium ground, smoked and cooked, stuffed in natural pork casing.

To produce 100 grams of finished product, 110 grams of pork meat were used, including 73 grams of pork loin meat.

Ingredients: pork meat, garlic, spices, glucose, spice extracts, sugar, natural flavouring. curing salt (salt, preservative: sodium nitrite).  

Nutritional values per 100 g of product: Energy value: 899 kJ / 216 kcal; Fat: 15 g, of which saturated fatty acids: 6.3 g; Carbohydrates: 1.4 g, of which sugars: 0.6 g; Protein: 18 g; Salt: 1.9 g.

3. Kraków Sausage 500 g

Pork sausage, coarsely ground, smoked, scalded and dried, in an inedible casing.

100 grams of pork meat was used to produce 100 grams of finished product.

Ingredients: pork meat, spices, glucose, spice extracts, flavouring, fibre (citrus, pea), curing salt (salt, preservative: sodium nitrite).  

Nutritional values per 100 g of product: Energy value: 611 kJ / 146 kcal; Fat: 6.4 g, of which saturated fatty acids: 2.5 g; Carbohydrates: 1.7 g, of which sugars: 0.7 g; Protein: 20 g; Salt: 1.9 g.

4. Kabanos Sausage 500 g

Pork sausage, medium-coarse ground, smoked and roasted, in a sheep casing.

126 grams of pork were used to produce 100 grams of finished product.

Ingredients: pork meat, peklosól (sól, substancja konserwująca: azotyn sodu), przyprawy, ekstrakty przypraw, cukier, aromaty, glukoza,.  

Nutritional values per 100 g of product: Energy – 1623 kJ / 392 kcal; Fat – 34 g, of which saturated fatty acids – 14 g; Carbohydrates – 1.2 g, of which sugars <0.5 g; Protein – 20 g; Salt – 2.9 g.

5. Cooked Frankfurters 500 g

Pork sausage, medium ground, smoked and cooked, stuffed in natural sheep casing.

Ingredients: pork meat 95%, curing salt (salt, preservative: sodium nitrite), przyprawy, ekstrakty przypraw, aromaty, glukoza, błonnik (cytrusowy, grochowy).

Nutritional values per 100 g of product: Energy – 1200 kJ / 290 kcal; Fat – 25 g, of which saturated fatty acids – 10 g; Carbohydrates – 2.6 g, of which sugars <0.5 g; Protein – 14 g; Salt – 2.3 g.

6. Smoked Bacon 900 g

Pork meat product, cooked, smoked and roasted. 

120 grams of pork belly were used to produce 100 grams of finished product.

Ingredients: pork belly, curing salt (salt, preservative: sodium nitrite), glukoza, ekstrakty przypraw, naturalny aromat, białko wieprzowe.  

Nutritional values per 100 g of product: Energy value: 1625 kJ / 392 kcal; Fat: 34 g, of which saturated fatty acids: 16 g; Carbohydrates: 0.8 g, of which sugars: 0.7 g; Protein: 20 g; Salt: 2.0 g.

7. Pantry Ham 800 g

Pork meat product, cooked, smoked and roasted. 

To produce 100 grams of finished product, 110 grams of bottom pork ham were used.

Ingredients: pork ham, glucose, spice extracts, natural flavouring, pork protein, curing salt (salt, preservative: sodium nitrite).

Pork offal meat product, baked.

Ingredients: pork meat 66%, pork liver 14%, pork fat, pork rinds, water, salt, breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour wheat flour, flour RICE, yeast, salt, water), spices, glucose, yeast extract, herbs, glucose syrup, spice extracts.

100 grams of pork loin were used to produce 100 grams of finished product.

After opening the styrobox, the products STORE AT TEMPERATURE: 2 degrees to 8 degrees C.
