126 g of pork meat were used to produce 100 g of the finished product.

Ingredients: pork meat, curing salt (salt, preservative: sodium nitrite), spices, spice extracts, sugar, flavourings, glucose.

Nutritional values per 100 g of product: Energy – 1623 kJ / 392 kcal; Fat – 34 g, of which saturated fatty acids – 14 g; Carbohydrates – 1.2 g, of which sugars <0.5 g; Protein – 20 g; Salt – 2.9 g.
