We ship twice a week – to ensure the highest freshness and quality of our products:
The dates given are maximum lead times. We often ship earlier. If a holiday or day off falls during the week, shipping may be delayed a bit.
We place the cold cuts in a styrofoam box with cooling packs that work like a portable fridge. This way, the products reach you fresh and in perfect condition – even abroad.
The weights of individual products may vary slightly. However, we guarantee that the total weight of the box is 4.90 kg.

1. Premium Silesian Sausage 700 g

Pork sausage, medium ground, smoked and cooked, stuffed in natural sheep casing.
Ingredients: pork meat 95%, curing salt (salt, preservative: sodium nitrite), spices, spice extracts, flavourings, glucose, fibre (citrus, pea).
Nutritional values per 100 g of product: Energy – 1200 kJ / 290 kcal; Fat – 25 g, of which saturated fatty acids – 10 g; Carbohydrates – 2.6 g, of which sugars <0.5 g; Protein – 14 g; Salt – 2.3 g.

3. Smoked bacon, 900 g
Pork meat product, cooked, smoked and roasted.
120 grams of pork belly were used to produce 100 grams of finished product.
Ingredients: pork belly, curing salt (salt, preservative: sodium nitrite), glucose, spice extracts, natural flavouring, pork protein.
Nutritional values per 100 g of product:
Energy value: 1625 kJ / 392 kcal;
Fat: 34 g, of which saturated fatty acids: 16 g;
Carbohydrates: 0.8 g, of which sugars: 0.7 g;

4. Blood sausage, 750 g
Pork meat product, steamed in pork intestine.
Ingredients: pork meat 44%, water, pork fat, barley groats 10%, dried onion, porcine hemoglobin, salt, spices, gluten-free wheat fiber, flavouring.
Nutritional value in 100 g of product: Energy value - 1267 kJ / 306 kcal; Fat - 26 g, including saturated fatty acids - 10 g; Carbohydrates - 8.4 g, including sugars - 0.7 g; Protein - 10 g, Salt - 1.4 g.

5. Thin White Sausages – 600 g
Pork sausage, medium-ground, cooked in natural casing.

To produce 100 g of the finished product, 115 g of meat was used.

From 124 g of raw meat, 100 g of product was obtained.
Ingredients: pork, salt, spices (mustard), spice extracts, flavourings, glucose, garlic, sugar.

During transport in styrofoam boxes with cooling inserts, the producer allows for a slight increase in temperature. This does not affect the quality of the cured meats.
After opening the styrofoam box, store the products at a temperature of 2°C to 8°C.
